Our Academics
Wisdom International School offers two program English and Arabic, although, the language of instruction is English.
Literacy
In the lower Grades, the associated program is a comprehensive, interactive literacy program that provides a balanced approach to teaching reading, writing, speaking, listening, and viewing using a collection of authentic reading texts and collaborative writing workshops.
On the Upper-grade level, the English language arts solution provides engaging and rigorous texts to build intellectual stamina and tenacity while developing analytical readers, independent thinkers, and proficient writers. High-interest, relevant materials motivate students and serve to build agency and a growth mindset. The program provides a clear path through every classroom moment: the right tools and the right amount of choices for every situation and every learning goal.
Science
By the time today’s elementary students reach adulthood, 75% of new career opportunities will likely be in STEM fields. Our program combines the interactive digital engagement today’s students expect, and the learning support they need, to advance in science with in-depth understanding.
The program is enhanced by more than 3,000 videos, animations, and simulations, create learning that lasts by enriching the print program with complementary content. Open the door to a world of science beyond the classroom.
Social Studies
Social studies program ensures the study of people in relation to each other and to their world. It is an issuesfocused and inquiry-based interdisciplinary subject that draws upon history, geography, ecology, economics, law, philosophy, political science and other social science disciplines. Social studies fosters students’ understanding of and involvement in practical and ethical issues that face their communities and humankind. Social studies is integral to the process of enabling students to develop an understanding of who they are, what they want to become and the society in which they want to live.
Mathematics
Mathematics program that ensure the "I can do Math" attitude in every student.
ALgebra 1 and Geometry programs that assures the student will have adequite knowledge that supports his SAT program in addition to the skills that helps preparing for Calculus program later on.
Computer Science and Technology
The computer program ensures the student will have the basic skills on Computer Hardware & Software and applications (word-processing, worksheets, databases, presentations, desktop publishing, and multimedia tools.
Arabic Language
Grade 8: Readings in Human Rights, Women’s Role in Society, Community Service, and Careers & Arabic Grammar; Grade 9: Excerpts from Pre-Islamic, Islamic, Omayyad, Abbasid, Andalusian, and Modern Arabic Literature;
